| History of Fox Shawmut Hills Sales | | Fox Shawmut Hills was started back in 1964 by Hank Makarewicz. The small building was originally a gulf gas station of about 1500 square feet. There were just 3 employees working at the time; pumping gas, fixing cars, and selling and servicing Yamaha Motorcycles.
The building has been expanded a number of times. First to take on Honda Motorcycles and ATV's in 1978. In 1987, the Yamaha line of personal watercraft was added and then Sea-Doo a year later. In 1993, the complete line of Suzuki products was added.  |
 At present, we employ 40 people full time and cover about 45,000 square feet of building. We are a full service dealership and are proud to say - one of the LARGEST in Michigan! |

If you come and visit our service department you will without a doubt meet Denny our service manager. Denny has been with SHAWMUT since 1991 and has won many awards for his service commitment.
